Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, we state that:

2. All personal data shall be processed for the purposes of contact and completion of orders.
3. Your personal data are processed on the basis of:
1.Article 6 section 1 item b and c of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, for compliance with obligations resulting from the Commercial Code, Civil Code and tax laws;
2. Article 6 section 1 item f of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.
4. The recipients of your data will include entities involved in the completion of orders.
5. Your personal data will be stored for the period required by law (including accounting and tax regulations – 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which a tax obligation arose), until the usefulness of the data expires or until the expiry of claims resulting from the Civil Code. The personal data are erased after the above dates.
6. You have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or to restrict the processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. The provision of personal data is necessary for the completion of an order.
Re 2 Job candidates
Data Processing Notice
Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, we state that:
1. The controller of your personal data is TECHNO NAUTA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdynia, ul. Czechosłowacka 3, 81-336 Gdynia, Poland. Contact us by phone: 58/621-22-01, 621-21-47, e-mail: office@techno-nauta.pl or in person at the company's headquarters.
2.The purpose of personal data processing is the selection of job candidates in the recruitment process.
3. Your personal data are processed pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter a, on the basis of your consent.
4. The recipients of your personal data include entities authorised to receive them by the applicable laws as well as suppliers and IT service providers who have established cooperation with us.
5. Your personal data will be stored for:
1. 30 days from the end of the recruitment process for a particular job;
2. 12 months from the end of the recruitment process if you have given your consent to be included in future recruitment processes or until you withdraw your consent.
6. You have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or to restrict the processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
7. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the following address:office@techno-nauta.pl.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
9. Although you are free to provide your personal data, please note that if no data is provided, your participation in the recruitment process will not be possible.

2. The purpose of personal data processing is sending marketing data and commercial offers via email.
3. Your personal data are processed pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter a, on the basis of your consent to receive marketing data and commercial offers via email.
4. The recipients of your personal data include IT service providers who have established cooperation with us.
5. Your personal data will be stored until the withdrawal of your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before withdrawal.
6. You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or to restrict the processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Re 4 Correspondence senders and recipients

2. The personal data will be processed for the following purposes and on the following bases:
1. achievement of objectives related to correspondence management, including maintaining a register of incoming and outgoing correspondence, initiating contact, responding to questions and the potential pursuit of claims pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, legitimate interests of the controller, necessary for the execution of a right or obligation imposed by the law, the provision of domestic or international postal services (Article 1 of the Postal Law Act of 23 November 2012), consisting in enabling effective measures to carry out the above tasks. Please note that if you do not provide your data, the achievement of the above objectives will not be possible.
3. The recipients of your personal data may include entities which have established cooperation with us regarding technical and organisational solutions which enable the management of our company, including in particular:
accounting service providers;
providers of services regarding counselling, legal matters and the pursuit of claims – when needed (in particular law and debt recovery firms);
courier and mail service providers;
document and data storage disposal service providers.
4. Your personal data will be stored for:
1. the period required by the law, including any data processed for tax and accounting purposes which are stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which a tax obligation arose;
2. in the case of claims, the data is processed until the limitation period defined in the Civil Code has expired;
3. until the usefulness of the data expires;
4. the personal data are erased after the above dates.
5. You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or to restrict the processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. 6. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has breached the General Data Processing Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
7. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
8. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
