Milling is one of the machining methods that we employ. The process is based on rotating or sliding movements (performed by a machine), depending on the processed structure. Our speciality is gear milling.

One of the most popular gear milling methods is hobbing. It uses a gear cutting hob. To achieve the desired effects, it is important to synchronise the movements of the machine with the processed gear. During hobbing, the outline of the teeth is produced by the cutter. Hobbing is currently becoming more popular than the profiling method, which is used where the flute is to remain unchanged along the entire tooth. This method is most commonly used for internal or external spur or helical gears.

We ensure the appropriate parameters and optimal processing conditions. The method we choose must suit the investor's expectations and capabilities. We can work with a wide range of different sizes.
